What are the shipping costs?

The table below shows the fees charged at this time for any order made on our websites to delivery addresses located in the following zones.

* Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden. 

The charged shipping costs will be confirmed at the second stage of the order (order summary). If, for reasons of availability, we have to split the order over several shipments, the processing and shipment fees will only be invoiced for one shipment.

What VAT rate is applied?

All your orders are processed and shipped by our distributor, located in Belgium. For delivery in Belgium, the VAT rate is 6% for printed books, 21% for training courses, 21% for softwares and 6% for databases. For delivery in other countries, it will be excl VAT for customers with a VAT number and the VAT rate in force in the country will be applied for customers with no VAT number.

The orders invoiced and delivered to a State outside the European Union (for example, Switzerland, Canada or Morocco) are invoiced without VAT.

What payment methods do we accept?

To complete the payment for your order, we suggest that you pay:

• By secured transaction via credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or Bancontact / Mister cash.
• By invoice with delivery in Belgium or Luxembourg. The payment by invoice is possible for an amount lower than 250 € for the first order and with no limited amount for following orders.

Please note: payments by cheque are no longer accepted by our customer service.

What time will my order be shipped and delivered?

All the products in our webshop are generally shipped within 48 hours (business days). Our English-language books are shipped within 3 and 5 working days. In the case of Print on Demand for hardcover books, shipping times are 5 to 10 working days. If applicable, this time will be specified at the first stage of your order. 

For pre-orders, these shipping times do not apply. The book will be shipped as soon as it is published. The publication date is given in the technical info of the book (on the webshop) as an indication, and is subject to change.

For Belgium, France and Luxembourg, the actual delivery is planned within 2 to 5 working days after placing the order. The average delivery time for other countries depends exclusively on Chronopost International and may be longer.

How to create my shipping/invoice address(es)?

Once your customer account has been created, you can manage your shipping and invoice address(es) in your account.

In the ‘Address Book’ tab, you will be able to fill in your shipping address as well as your invoice address.

You will also be able to establish default addresses and/or add others.
