After the computer revolution and the internet revolution, artificial intelligence is the 3rd digital revolution.
Intended for legal and technology professionals involved in implementing and protecting projects integrating artificial intelligence, this book analyzes the European regulation on AI, in order to facilitate its implementation as closely as possible to the concerns of professionals. Its purpose is the regulation of artificial intelligence systems, robotics and related technologies, focused on the human factor and trustworthiness, while respecting ethics, liability regimes and intellectual property rights, in consideration of the essential values of European law: Fundamental Rights, Rule of Law, Democracy but also security, health and the environment.
