Bilan de 10 années d’application des directives Natura 2000 et Eau
Cet ouvrage a pour ambition de dresser un bilan approfondi des dix dernières années du droit européen en matière de protection de la biodiversité (partie I) et de gestion de l’eau (partie II), deux piliers fondamentaux du droit de l’environnement. Il s’agit plus précisément d’analyser la manière dont les États membres de l’Union européenne procèdent à la mise en oeuvre de deux directives européennes : la directive « Habitats » du 21 mai 1992 et la directive-cadre sur l’eau du 23 octobre 2000.
À la fois théorique et pratique, l’analyse s’adresse à un public large (les contributions sont en anglais ou en français) et diversifi é : chercheurs et universitaires, acteurs de la protection et de la gestion de la biodiversité et de l’eau (entreprises, administrations, ONG, avocats…).
