Le Centre Interuniversitaire de Droit Comparé vous présente la collection des rapports nationaux au XIX^e Congrès de l’Académie Internationale de droit Comparé qui s’est tenu à Vienne en 2014. Ces rapports rendaient compte de l’état de nos législations et réglementations dans de nombreux domaines du droit. Ils reflètent la collaboration étroite entre les juristes francophones et néerlandophones du pays. Cette collaboration qui favorise l’inspiration mutuelle contient la promesse d’un enrichissement supplémentaire de notre culture juridique.

The Belgian Centre for Comparative law is proud to present its by now traditional collection of national reports to the XIX^th conference of the Congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law held in July 2014 in Vienna. The reports reflect the close cooperation of between French and Dutch speaking scholars in this country. This cooperation and mutual inspiration contributes to an enriched legal culture.

Dit boek bevat de Belgische rapporten voor het XIX^ste congres van de Académie Internationale de Droit Comparé dat plaatsvond te Wenen in juli 2014. Zij bieden boeiende bijdragen over uiteenlopende thema’s en leveren een treffende illustratie op van het rechtsvergelijkend onderzoek in ons land. Deze rapporten getuigen bovendien van de samenwerking tussen Franstalige en Nederlandstalige juristen van het land.
